TMK has closed the sale of the Chelyabinsk Metal Structures Plant to Taimyr Engineering for 5.2 billion rubles. Decision to sell the asset was made to increase the efficiency of TMK's business. Company intends to focus its efforts on strengthening its main competitive advantages.
