Share of PIK-Investproekt LLC increased as a result of the closure of the forward

Increase in the share of PIK-Investproekt LLC in the capital of the parent PIK-SZ from 0.75% to 21.9% was caused by the closure of the forward contract, information about which was disclosed in the financial statements, the press service of PIK said, without specifying details. The company previously said that the closure of the forward would be accompanied by an SPO. The PEAK declined to comment on this matter.
