Developer Etalon has sold the Silver Fountain complex of public and business buildings in the northeast of Moscow to the RD 2 Investment Fund under the management of the VIM Savings Management Company. Experts estimate the value of the deal at ₽7-7.5 billion. The sale of the complex allows the developer to free up funds for further investment in the business.
