Lukoil oil company in November transferred to ADNOC its share in the Ghasha concession located in the United Arab Emirates. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Concession is engaged in the development of previously undeveloped oil and gas deposits in the Persian Gulf in Abu Dhabi. Project plans to produce up to 1.8 billion cubic feet of gas per day. Lukoil acquired the first 5% of the project in 2019 for $214 million, and in early 2025 it became known about the purchase of another 5% for $594 million.
