Board of Directors of the United Aircraft Corporation proposed to increase the authorized capital by placing 2.05 trillion additional ordinary shares by closed subscription among shareholders, as well as Rostec, Rosimushchestvo and VEB.RF. Payment for shares is possible either in cash or by offsetting monetary claims, or with various assets. Shareholders will discuss this proposal of the Board of Directors at a meeting to be held on January 16, 2026.
