Yandex may sell Avto.ru

IT company Yandex may sell Avto.ru service. Negotiations on the sale of the asset have been underway since the beginning of the year, and the range of potential buyers includes Sber, T-Bank and Avito, sources told Kommersant. The transaction amount may amount to ₽20-25 billion, which corresponds to 6-10 EBITDA.
