Etalon closes the sale of the Silver Fountain business district

Developer Etalon has closed a deal for the sale of the Silver Fountain business district of ZPIF RD 2 under the management of the management company VIM Savings. Amount of the transaction was not disclosed. According to experts, it amounted to ₽7-7.5 billion. Company will continue to develop its office development business.
