Mechel plans to sell part of non-key assets in 2026

Mechel is actively working on the sale of a number of non-key assets and expects to close the first transactions next year. Holding is looking for buyers for such enterprises as UUNC, Kuzbassenergosbyt, Port Mechel-Temryuk, and SK GRES.
