Developer Etalon commissioned 448 thousand square meters of residential real estate in 2025, which is 3 times more than 161 thousand square meters a year earlier. Buildings No. 13 and 14 were commissioned in one of the developer's largest projects, the Zelenaya River residential complex in Omsk. Total selling area of the commissioned facilities was 25 thousand square meters, of which 23 thousand square meters were housing. Project consists of seven stages. Expected selling area is 1.3 million square meters, and the projected revenue from sales is about ₽211 billion.
