IT company Yandex leased 20 thousand square meters from the management company Modern Real Estate Funds in the Belaya Ploshchad office complex in the center of Moscow to accommodate some of its employees. Parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction. Experts estimate the cost of renting premises in Belaya Ploshchad at ₽2 billion per year. However, during the negotiations between the companies, a discount will be agreed upon, since Yandex will need to invest about 2-4 billion more in the decoration of the premises in the complex.
