MTS-Bank acquired RNKB Insurance

MTS-bank acquired 100% of RNKB Insurance at the end of 2025, betting on the development of its own insurance business and insurtech business, sources told Kommersant. At the same time, only a license was actually acquired, since the insurance portfolio was previously transferred to Rosgosstrakh.
