Lenta acquires OBI's business in Russia

Lenta network acquires the business of the OBI Russia network through the purchase of assets from its main shareholder Alexei Mordashov. Perimeter of the transaction will include 25 stores with a total retail area of 263 thousand square meters. m. Amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
