Volume of real estate sales by the developer Glorax in 2025 amounted to 219.6 thousand square meters, an increase of 80% compared to 122.1 thousand square meters a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales increased by 47% to 45.9 billion rubles. Number of concluded contracts increased 2.1 times to 6,320. Average price per square meter decreased by 16.4% to ₽214 thousand. Share of sales of regional projects in terms of the amount of space sold increased 5-fold to 60%. Share of contracts involving mortgage funds increased by 3 percentage points and amounted to 69%.
