Astra plans to attract a strategic investor

Astra Group plans to attract a strategic investor by selling up to 20% of the company to the majority shareholder Denis Frolov, who owns 60% of Astra. Among the interested parties is Rosatom State Corporation, a long—time client of the group. Largest banks are also interested in acquiring a share. Purpose of attracting an investor is to enter new markets for Astra and expand its presence in existing ones, explained Ilya Sivtsev, CEO of the Astra Group.
