Gazprom Neft has agreed to sell MOL's stake in NIS

Hungarian MOL and Gazprom Neft have agreed on the main provisions of the deal for the sale of a Russian company's stake in Serbia's Naftna industrija Srbije in the amount of 56.2%, Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Jedovic-Handanovic announced. Materials on the transaction will be sent to the American regulator OFAC for a final decision. Amount and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
