Shareholders of UAC decided to increase the authorized capital by placing 2.05 trillion additional ordinary shares by closed subscription among Rostec, Rosimushchestvo and VEB.RF. Payment for shares is possible either in cash or by offsetting monetary claims, or with various assets.
