Sber became the owner of 41.9% of Element Group, having bought 37.6% of shares from AFK Sistema and 4.3% from minority shareholders. Deal amounted to ₽27 billion. In the future, BEAC will send a mandatory offer to purchase shares from other shareholders. Price will be determined based on legal requirements and will amount to at least ₽0.1372 per share. Rostec State Corporation plans to maintain its 41.6% stake in Element Group of Companies and intends to continue participating in the development of the country's largest microelectronic holding.
