Etalon Group's sales in 2025 decreased by 4%

Etalon Group's real estate sales volume for 2025 amounted to 671.4 thousand square meters, a decrease of 4% compared to 384.6 thousand square meters a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales increased by 5% to ₽153.5 billion. Cash receipts also increased by 5%, amounting to ₽100.5 billion. Average selling price of residential real estate increased by 19% to ₽331.8 thousand per square meter. In 2025, the company commissioned 483 thousand square meters of real estate, which is 3 times more than a year earlier.
