Lukoil Oil Company has signed an agreement with the American investment fund Carlyle on the sale of a subsidiary LUKOIL International GmbH, which owns the company's foreign assets. In perimeter of the transaction does not include assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Concluded agreement is not exclusive and depends on the fulfillment of a number of suspensive conditions, including obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. Company is also continuing negotiations with other potential buyers.
