Production of Superjet 100 aircraft in India may begin in three years, in 2028-2029, said the head of the company Vadim Badekha. In the future, UAC expects to produce 20 to 40 SJ-100s per year in the country. Market potential of India and nearby countries is quite large, estimated at 200-300 aircraft. Indian partner of UAC, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, will organize production in the country.
