Gazprom Neft aviation fuel based on recycled deep fryer oil has been successfully tested on a jet engine. Test program, which simulated the modes of takeoff, cruise flight and landing, confirmed the effective operation of the equipment and reduced environmental impact. Results of the conducted testing will be used to develop a unified national standard on synthetic SAF components for aviation fuels.
