Yandex may buy Flowwow's Russian business

IT company Yandex is negotiating the purchase of the Russian business of the flower and gift marketplace Flowwow, sources told Forbes. Deal is being prepared for completion in April 2026. It is currently undergoing an audit, and then it must be confirmed by the Federal Antimonopoly Service. Amount of the deal is still being discussed. Publication's interlocutors estimate Flowwow's Russian business at ₽5-7 billion or 10 EBITDA.
