APRI's sales volume in January increased 5-fold

Property sales by developer APRI in January 2026 amounted to 16.46 thousand square meters, an increase of 5.4 times compared to the previous year. In monetary terms, sales also increased 5.4 times, to 2.45 billion rubles. Average selling price per square meter increased by 15% to 165.48 thousand. Share of contracts involving mortgage funds increased by 46 percentage points and amounted to 97%. Company's net debt in January decreased by 5.5%, or 2.1 billion rubles, and amounted to 36.2 billion rubles.
