Norilsk Nickel intends to increase production in 2026-2028

MMC Norilsk Nickel intends to significantly increase production in the next three years, said Vice President of Norilsk Nickel and director of the company's Polar branch Alexander Leonov. Cumulative increase in 2026-2028 will amount to 20 thousand tons of nickel, 41 thousand tons of copper and 13 tons of platinum group metals. By the end of 2025, the company produced 199,000 tons of nickel, 425,000 tons. copper, 2.725 million ounces of palladium and 667 thousand ounces of platinum.
