Zaymer has completed the acquisition of shares in Taxiagregator and IntellectMoney

MKK Zaymer has completed the acquisition of 50% in the Taxiagregator and IntellectMoney services. JSC Qiwi remains the owner of the remaining 50% in both companies. Deals will allow the group to enter new segments of the financial market and strengthen its position in the markets of fintech services and digital business solutions. Zaymer expects a significant synergistic effect from the development of relations between the group's companies.
