Rossgostrach will increase the nominal value of shares

Board of Directors of Rossgostrach proposed to increase the authorized capital by increasing the nominal value of shares. Shareholders' meeting on this issue will be held on March 19. Company has not yet disclosed the purpose of increasing the nominal value, as well as the new nominal value of shares. Currently, the nominal value of Rossgostrach shares is ₽0.03.
