SPB Exchange launched over-the-counter trading of UDR

SPB Exchange has launched over—the-counter trading of digital certificates for utilitarian digital rights - these are rights created and wrapped in an information system to demand the transfer of things or intellectual rights, the right to demand the performance of work or the provision of services. First tool was the digital Green Flow1 DS certificate for accommodation in Green Flow hotels. The obligations under the USP are fulfilled by the operator of a chain of hotels and thermal complexes under the Green Flow brand, Anterra LLC.
