Sovcombank's shareholders approve Vitabank merger

Shareholders of Sovcombank approved the reorganization of the company by joining Vitabank. Since Vitabank is wholly owned by Sovcombank, there will be no share buyback from those who disagree with the decision. Additional issue of Sovcombank shares will also not be required for the merger procedure. Vitabank's shares will simply be redeemed.
