Rusagro Group has established a Solrost joint venture with Turkish businessman Sarikurt Bedirhan, associated with the foreign agricultural holding Genesis Seed & Meya Tohum, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The company will specialize in the cultivation of cereals (except rice), legumes and oilseeds. Sarikurt Bedirkhan owns 33% of the company, the remaining 67% belongs to the Rusagro structure.
