Rusagro Group acquired 51% in LLC Tsentralnoye, which owns land plots in the Tambov region with a total area of 5.2 thousand hectares. Deal will allow Rusagro to increase the area of arable land near the Nikiforovsky sugar factory by 4.3 thousand hectares. Other assets of LLC Tsentralnoye include a new feed mill and a pig breeding complex, which Rusagro" it plans to modernize and populate with breeding stock.
