UAC Board of Directors set the share placement price of the additional issue at ₽0.53 per share. Company will place up to 2.05 trillion ordinary shares by closed subscription among Rostec, Rosimushchestvo and VEB.RF. Payment for shares is possible either in cash or by offsetting monetary claims, or with various assets.
