VTB shareholders approve the merger of the Post Bank

VTB shareholders approved the bank's reorganization by joining Post Bank. VTB consolidated 100% of credit organizations at the end of 2024. Process of migration of the Post Bank network and the customer base to a single technology platform is currently underway. Final stage will be the bank's legal incorporation into VTB, which is scheduled to be completed in May 2026.
