Sber has made an offer to the minority shareholders of Element

Structure of the Sberbank, Integrated Systems LLC, offered the minority shareholders of Element Group to sell the company's shares at ₽0.146 per paper. This company acted as the acquirer in the deal for the bank to purchase 41.9% of Element from AFK Sistema and its minority shareholders. You can accept the offer within 77 days.
