Ozon's turnover in 2025 increased by 45%

Ozon marketplace processed 2.48 billion orders in 2025, which is 69% more than 1.47 billion in the previous year. Number of active buyers increased by 15%, to 65.1 million. GMV reached 4.16 trillion rubles, an increase of 45% compared to 2.88 trillion rubles a year earlier. Share of the marketplace decreased by 1.6 percentage points and amounted to 83.8% GMV. Revenue of the fintech sector increased 2.2 times, to 195.19 billion rubles. Number of active users increased by 38% to 41.7 million, and fintech's EBITDA doubled to 65.2 billion rubles.
