Ministry of Finance has filed a series of lawsuits against Rostelecom

Ministry of Finance since December last year has sent to the Moscow Arbitration Court a series of lawsuits against Rostelecom for a total amount of about 1.4 billion rubles. Court will consider one of the major lawsuits on its merits in April. Grounds for the claims are unknown. Previously, the parties had repeatedly sued, but Rostelecom acted as the plaintiff. Operator then collected debts from the Ministry for ensuring the operation of the Mir system.
