EuroTrans called the lawsuits unfounded

In early March, the arbitration case card included a lawsuit by FUEL MANAGEMENT AZS LLC against EuroTrans' subsidiary, TRASSA GSM LLC, for RUB 3 billion, as well as two lawsuits against EuroTrans itself for RUB 331 million and RUB 142 million. The company described the lawsuits as unfounded and claimed that the media attention surrounding them was a result of increased interest in the high liquidity of its public instruments. FUEL MANAGEMENT AZS LLC is also facing a counterclaim for ₽4.4 billion.
