Vseinstrumenti online store is looking for a subtenant for its warehouses

Online store Vseinstrumenty is looking for a subtenant for a part of its warehouses in the NK Park Chashnikovo logopark in the Moscow region. This could be up to 50,000 square meters of real estate. In total, the retailer rents 115,000 square meters in this complex, of which 52,000 square meters are already subleased to Wildberries. The company is seeking to reduce its excess warehouse space to optimize costs.
