ARI asked the Ministry of Finance to offset the losses of private investors

Association of Retail Investors has appealed to the Ministry of Finance regarding the situation with taxation for private investors in the event of liquidation of a company that issued shares, bonds, or digital financial assets. Currently, the Tax Code does not explicitly state how to account for the costs of purchasing shares or bonds if the company ceases operations, which means that investors cannot deduct losses when calculating their personal income tax.
