Yandex is creating an AI division for shopping

IT company Yandex is creating a transactional AI division that will develop purchases within Alice. Company wants the neural network to be able to not only help with the choice, but also to make purchases: from clarifications from the seller and payment with a discount on a loyalty card to tracking delivery and communicating with support. According to Yandex's assessment, by 2030, the online transaction market will exceed ₽30 trillion, 10% of which will be AI assistants.
