APRI and its partner will build 550,000 sq. m of real estate

Developer APRI, together with its partner, will build more than 550,000 sq.m of real estate in the Stavropol Territory and the Rostov Region. More than 400,000 sq.m is planned to be built in Yessentuki and Kislovodsk, in the Rostov Region - 150,000 sq.m. Initial investments in the projects will amount to ₽5 billion. The shares in the partnership are distributed as follows: APRI - 60%, the regional partner - 40%.
