DOM.RF buys Obsidian business center for headquarters

DOM.RF has agreed to acquire the Obsidian business center on Khoroshevskoye Shosse, according to Kommersant sources. The 11,000-square-meter building will cost at least ₽4.3 billion. An additional ₽1.3 billion will be spent on finishing. State-owned company needs the business center to host its new headquarters. Currently, it occupies scattered premises. DOM.RF declined to comment.
