1C may become a strategic investor in Astra

1C, one of Russia's largest software developers and distributors, may become a shareholder of the Astra Group, sources told Forbes. Deal has been discussed for several months. Analysts estimate that 1C may be offered a minority stake of 10-20% of Astra's shares at a price of ₽5.5-7 billion.
