Element's Board of Directors has appointed Oleg Khazov, who previously served as Vice President for Financial and Operational Affairs, as the company's new President. Ilya Ivantsov, who has led the company since its founding in 2019, will join AFK Sistema. "The upcoming year will be dedicated to restructuring processes... and preparing an updated strategy," said Oleg Khazov. Company plans to strengthen the integration between science and industry and increase production volumes.
