Rosgosstrakh Shareholders Increase the Nominal Value of Shares

Rosgosstrakh shareholders approved an increase in the authorized capital by increasing the nominal value of shares from 3 to 5 kopecks. Capital will increase from ₽14.69 billion to ₽24.48 billion, while the number of shares remains unchanged.
