Cian has scheduled two dividend payments for 2026

Cian has confirmed its plans to pay a dividend of ₽50 per share in the third quarter of 2026. In addition, there will be another dividend payment for 2026, the amount and timing of which will be announced later. The dividend policy requires the company to pay 60-100% of its adjusted IFRS earnings as dividends. The planned increase in profitability for 2026 will result in a higher dividend payout, according to the company.
