Brainbox_I fund and business angel Lyudmila Bulavkina invested ₽2.5 million each in AI startup Innde in exchange for 20% of the company. Innde is a B2B solution in the SalesTech segment, chatbots for automating the processing of incoming customer requests, which allow you to increase the conversion from chat to contact transfer to 50-70% and reduce the cost of processing dialogues by 2-3 times. Funds raised are planned to be used for scaling sales and infrastructure. Company plans to reach a monthly revenue of ₽2 million by the end of 2026.
