Lenta reduces staff turnover

Lenta has been reducing staff turnover for the third year in a row. In 2025, the overall staff turnover rate was 36.7%, down 19% from the previous year. Voluntary turnover rate also decreased by 17% to 28.3%. Company's sustainable development strategy aims to maintain a voluntary turnover rate of no more than 40%.
