Evraz plc's Russian assets have been transferred to PJSC Evraz since April 1, which will unite about 60 legal entities. Evraz plc's shareholders will have the right to take direct ownership of the assets through the Russian legal entity. New PJSC's shares are expected to be listed on the Moscow Exchange in the first half of 2026.
