Glorax ввёл в эксплуатацию первый этап проекта «Новоселье» в Ленинградской области

Glorax, a developer, has received permission to put into operation the first phase of the Novoselie residential project in the Leningrad Region. It includes three buildings with a total area of 59,186 sq. m and a living area of 40,425 sq. m. Project has sold out more than 90% at the time of its launch. Escrow will be opened for ₽6.6 billion.
