NORSI refinery halts operations after drone attack

The NORSI refinery, owned by Lukoil, suspended operations on April 5 following a drone attack, Reuters sources said. The plant has a capacity of 16 mln tonnes per year (about 320,000 barrels per day), and fuel supplies may be halted until month-end. Governor Gleb Nikitin reported damage to facilities and infrastructure.
